So, apparently, it's baby lizard season here in Tucson, Arizona. They're running around all over the place, including in the backyard—which is driving Cap'n Hammy Pants absolutely crazy. She wants to go outside to chase them. I think they know this and know that I won't let her out because we'd all end up with a big gory lizard mess all over the house.

Exhibit A: baby lizard with a death wish.

In novel news, I've finished the revisions list from Tae, and it's back in her hands to check it again. She's doing another pass, and she's about halfway through with that. As these things go, because of the sheer volume of work in a novel, she's identified more revisions. It's a good thing, too, because that means anyone who reads it after her will never know the things I've already fixed.

What's New?

  • Tae will likely be done with her second pass sometime this week, and I think it will take a few days to make the revisions. After that, it'll be off to some beta readers.
  • Next Week: Oklahoma's Bermuda Triangle.
